The workers were attentive and kind. They have a great selection of items at this location. I even got a cute tote bag to add to my collection!

Here’s a polished Google review you can post:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve been coming to Half Price Books in Mansfield for a while now, and it’s easily one of my favorite bookstores. The store is always clean, well organized, and easy to browse, whether I’m looking for something specific or just exploring the shelves. The employees are consistently friendly and incredibly helpful whenever I need assistance finding a book.

I’ve also donated books here, and the process has always been simple and convenient. One of my favorite things is picking up refills for my leather journal—they’re high quality and surprisingly inexpensive. If you love books, journals, or just enjoy browsing for hidden treasures, this location is definitely worth visiting!

I’ve had multiple issues at this location lately. Twice I placed online orders hours in advance and still had to pull my own items off the shelf because no one checked the online order queue. The store wasn’t busy either time. On my last visit, a 4‑disc Christmas set clearly marked $3 rang up as $5.99, and when I called about it, the employee acted like I was bothering her instead of acknowledging the mistake. I’m a regular customer and expect better attention to orders and basic courtesy. This store needs improvement.

I love books. And I love Half Price Books as well , maybe even more. I love to look very rare and collectible books as well as specific interest. I don't think I've ever left empty-handed and this was no exception. It's also a great place to find small gift items in Vital Records that can really bring back some memories

Love this place. Such a selection. This is one of my favorite locations because they don't wait for the line to be a mile long before calling for backup at the register. The staff is always great too.

Great children's book section. Larger than other locations. I like to read about religion and they have a huge selection of new and vintage religious books.

Bathrooms are always clean.
