Bon service

They're repairing my small tractor. During delivery, they left it behind the house, which allowed the tractor to travel a maximum of 10 meters without the mower attachment being engaged. As soon as I started using it, the tractor kept blowing fuses. I tried again twice, but the problem persisted.

When I spoke to the service representative, she claimed to have been present and to have seen the technician test the tractor all along our yard. However, this is impossible, as our lawn was so long that the tractor tracks were clearly visible.

Thanks to Julie Fontaine, the service manager, for lying to me so easily.
