My experience: Dr. Charmaine Ortiz Rushed two new crowns procedure while I had a lot of pain prior to needing major surgery that she cleared me for. I ended up with active infections that lead to needing root canals by which she referred me to her in-house colleague Dr. Alvi (endodontist) who worked root canals over both the new crowns. Then one of the new crowns broke off in half. Dr. Charmaine Ortiz left me with the broken brand new crown and the temporary fillings still in after the root canals. It has been over six weeks and she nor her office (even the office manager Jennifer) has not reached back out to me to help my situation after my plea to her and her office to fix and complete the treatment she worked/started on me. I already paid thousands for the treatment plan(s) but instead her office wanted to charge me more money to fix and finish their work.

The last time I saw a dentist was about 12 months ago. Had my teeth cleaned, dentist looked things over and everything was fine. I made an appointment at Sage Dental Winter Park to have my teeth cleaned; I had no other problems (no pain, no chipped fillings etc).By the time I got out of there, they told me I needed close to $5,000.00 in dental work!!!! I had to fight to not pay extra for some additional treatment they insisted I needed along with having my teeth cleaned.They are rip-off artists at their best. Telling you about the enormous amount of dental work you need, all the while smiling and talking to you like you are an idiot.
