We had superior do maintenance on one of our pools and staff lifeguards on our outdoor pool. The pool would smell very bad and once one of our supers tested the water it had 4x the normal amount of chlorine. The maintenance isn't done properly and their lifeguards don't give a **** and frequently left early and came late.

Worst Pool company ever! Technicians have no idea of what they are doing. Extremely poor response time and follow-up. We had a nightmare of an experience with Superior Pools and would advise prosepective clients to stay away from this company! Their prices are high and service below standards.
