READ before choosing this place!!! I would give this place a zero if possible. My son and I entered and were greeted with such a caddy person. I have never met anybody like her. I informed her my son had an appointment to get an exam and in a snarky, rude tone she asked for my insurance. I handed it to her and she immediately replied, "WE DON'T EXCEPT THAT!" I asked her if she could call the number on the back of the card. She rolled her eyes and dialed. She was even rude with the person from the insurance on the phone. She slammed the phone down and while looking down, not eye making contact said sardonically, "They'll fax with your information!" She handed me a clip board and asked me to fill out the forms. While filling them out my son and I over heard a conversation with two employees, one accusing the other that they were a pedophile. By then I had enough and had decided I would not let me son get examined there, especially with the logo that they have and the pedophilia talk. Not even 5 minutes had passed and she walked up to me and told me I would have to pay out of pocket. I asked her if the fax came in and she said we don't have time for that. I have never had an interaction with such a hateful, caddy person or have had an experience with "professionals" talking about pedophilia , especially with a child around. I would keep your kids out of this place! So many things wrong with this "professional " business.
