I used enterprise to grab a rental car today and the gas was only filled up just below a half tank which was inconvenient for me because I had to fill it up the rest of the way to get to my next destination. I didn’t appreciate how I had to cover that expense. When I rent a car I expect it to have a full gas tank.

I called and voiced my concerns and Devin heard me out and took off money from my total expense of the rental for gas reimbursement . I really appreciate his customer service and demeanor!

The vehicle was spotless and incredibly comfortable. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the outstanding customer service I received from Nigel, who was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and made the whole rental process seamless from start to finish. I'll definitely be renting from this location again!

Never had a bad experience here. In and out no wait time. Easy drop offs. If i ever needed to be picked up Jerome arranged it or another employee. Cars have never given me any issues. Solid all around. Thanks guys.

Great experience working with this location. Both Devin (manager) and Kyle (Asst. Manager) were great. I rented a 15-passenger van from them. Pickup was quick and efficient.
I had left a belonging in the van after return, and Kyle was super helpful getting it back to me. Clear communication from start to finish.
