I was initially unhappy with the experience I had at the start of my rental, but Joe Kopp (the Branch Rental Manager) handled the follow-up masterfully. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and courtesy that you would expect from a top-tier manager. Joe completely turned things around, went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, and absolutely earned my repeat business. I missed the official email survey deadline, but I wanted to make sure he gets the credit he deserves publicly. A+++ customer service from Joe!

Every person who works here should get a raise! Mallory, Katrina, Keenan, Joe, Nolan this is the TEAM!! They have no idea the part they play in my business. They are kind, happy and patient. Enterprise Rent-A-Car provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They gave me a great deal on a reasonably priced vehicle upgrade, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, helpful, and treated me fairly. Special thanks to Keenan and Mallory. I definitely appreciate their and all the staffs professionalism and would gladly rent from them again.

I stop using Enterprise years ago because of their unprofessionalism. With all the car rental competition that’s out here now, one would think they’ve tighten up their organization, so I decided to give them another shot. I booked my reservation online thinking it would make a smooth transaction, but history is still repeating itself. I was told the car wasn’t even there yet but should be there in 30-45. Why confirm a time and scheduled pick up if the car isn’t ready? Additionally, they told me I would be charged for more days than I have the car because they are closed on the weekend….even tho the booking said I will only be charged for Friday and Saturday. If this information was transparent during the booking I would’ve never booked the vehicle because who wants to pay for something they’re not using. What a bait and switch scheme. I will never use enterprise again. The unprecedented unprofessional and the lack of organization may never change. I would caution anyone who’s looking to use them to have a back up plan or don’t use them at all. There are other great rental services out here that won’t leave you disappointed and having to cancel plans.

I've rented twice from here. The first time they charged me an extra day than what was in my signed agreement because the office was closed when I dropped it off, even though that was my listed drop off time. When I called they acknowledged they should have told me I would be charged an extra day, but couldnt refund it. They don't tell you this, but if your drop off time is when their office is closed you will be charged an extra day. If I had know this I would have gone with turo which was the better priced option.

The last time I rented I received my car 45 minutes later than when I booked it for because the car wasn't ready.
