We recently had all our windows replaced by R & I and we could not be happier. It was a job with some unusual twists and they handled everything perfectly and without any problems or fuss. They went out of their way to accomodate anything and everything needed to get the total job done right and I wouldent hesitate to reccommend them to my family or friends. Thanks for a great job Steve!

My house windows were installed by my home insurance through R&I winows 10 years ago.The hardware on the windows was giving me trouble. Steve the owner took the ownership of getting the cranks fixed on the windows after all these years. I was in awe, who gives this kind of service and peace of mind that they will stand by their product. Thank you Steve and Paul.
