Very poor customer service from this branch and its area management. I genuinely wish I could rate 0 stars. This branch has been giving me the run around for almost 1 year now on remedying a problem their employee created with a rental agreement. I have called this branch numerous times to be told I will receive a call back from area management and it never happens. I have shown up to the branch in person seeking answers and told, again, that I will receive a call back, and it has never happened. Enterprise will tell you they care about providing excellent customer service, but that is simply not the case. I would highly recommend not doing business with Enterprise.

Matt was lit and explained the process of renting a car and the expectations that come along with it very well to someone that's never rented before. I didnt get stiffed, the process was easy and the staff is nice especially since there was a line of customers and a phone ringing every 5 minutes when they just opened.

I really have enjoyed my experience with the Enterprise Car Rental, Bohemia location, on Lakeland Ave. I have rented a couple of cars from this location. Everyone working there makes my rental experience so easy. They are kind and patient with me. The process is very easy!

A few times a year, I'm in Sayville which is where my auto mechanic is. I don't have the time to do the stuff myself, so I come from 20 miles away to go there. With my job and a family I can't go without a car for a day, so a rental it is. I usually go to the airport to rent, but I found these guys and they were a closer Uber ride, so I decided to go with them.

All these guys and gals here were great. Car arrived to Enterprise for me while I was checking-in and looked great. Inside was clean and everything worked. The car came as advertised. For a guy in the market for a new car in 1-3 years, it's nice to try out something new for a day or two here and there. This time was the Genesis G70 2.5L T. Nice car. Comfortable, engine is quiet until you need to get onto the Northern State in a hurry. But it sounds good. The 3.5L T must be really quick, probably why Genesis wants almost $80k for it.

At any rate, everything was great. I was welcomed in the AM, everyone was really polite & friendly, and all seemed to be well versed in the processes in place to make a place work.

When returning the car, the gentleman asked on the way out "Is there anything we could do to improve our service?" That's the best thing a customer wants to hear on the way out of a place. You got my business.

I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise Rental thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress free, took the time to answer my questions, and ensured I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this welcoming and efficient at the same time. Huge thanks to the team ( James & Tom ) for making my rental experience such a positive one I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to others!
