My spouse and i had to visit family and our cars aren't as reliable as we would like and preferred to travel more confidently. This Enterprise location is near our home, in fact , I use to pass this location everyday on my way to work.
The pros, its a convenient location, i reserved the retal the rental agreement was selected for a mid-size car. Doing this save everyone time, at the location when it was time to pick up the car. The young men who we worked with us was polite, sincere and we even had a brief, pleasant conversation prior to leaving for our trip. The car had a full tank of gas, it had a clean interior, no foul smells or cigerrette smells of any type. I will make mention of this although its not entirely a con, we selected a Volkswagen Jetta, and we looked forward to this model, but apparently it wasn't available when we arrived and we recieved a full size sedan 2025 or 26 model Hondai Sonata at no additional cost to us. We paid the same price for the full size sedan as we would have for the mid-size sedan. We had no issues with the car and it was very efficient, making use of both electric and gas alternatives on the road. We returned the car the same day, shy of closing time. The attentiveness of the staff was slightly off/less during the drop-off but its closing time and the staff were in the middle of answering calls, prepping a rental for another customer and receiving our rental at the same time. This staff was hustling, Good for them.

Overall, I would definitely rent from this location again, in fact im doing that at the time of this review. The online rental was process was straightforward. This Enterprise location is local and convenient, staff was polite while under pressure all the while juggling multiple task. Drop-off was quick despite the ongoing business taking place. Unfortunately, I misplaced the young mens business card but I will update when I return and in lude there names. I gave them a 5 star review because our 1st impressions were good, although they didn't provide the initial car selection and we were a little disappointed but other than that, Yes! I would use this locattion for our next rental and i recommend this location. Hope this helps, take care and God bless all.

Overall experience was excellent. Only issue I had was that the rental location is closed Sundays which meant I could not return the vehicle until Monday and incurred an additional days rental fee for a vehicle I did not need. Otherwise a very positive experience. Will definitely rent from this location again

I had an issue with my rental, but the manager, Messiah Divine, went above and beyond to make things right. They were professional, understanding, and took the time to resolve my concerns quickly. I had a fantastic experience with the Enterprise in Paterson, NJ. From the moment I arrived, Messiah made the entire transaction smooth, professional, and stress-free. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was handled efficiently. Samantha was also very helpful and welcoming throughout the process, which made the experience even better.

The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. Pickup and return were both quick and easy thanks to the excellent customer service. I truly appreciated the professionalism and positive attitude from the team and would absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommend!
