This Enterprise never disappoints me. The guys here are always helpful and courteous. They are fast, efficient and reliable. They get me in, out and on my way and always have a smile on their face.

I've rented from the Dickson Enterprise several times, most recently this week due to my vehicle being in the shop. The customer service is usually very helpful and professional, but this time was exceptional! I wish the employees wore nametags so that I could give proper credit to everyone who helped me.

They provided pickup and drop off services to my mechanic. Both drivers were so friendly and safe, which I appreciated very much as my children were with me.

They allowed me to choose my vehicle upon arrival, which was nice. The car was clean and well-maintained.

The manager was supposed to call me back, but I was told he was too busy. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but the lack of communication was disappointing.

I will not be doing business here again. Also, it seems they are willing to take card payments over the phone for larger companies, but not for individual customers, which felt inconsistent and frustrating.

I gave you 2 extra stars for the no hassle and return trip to and from the Collision Center and the refund on money pulled that was not told to me, would be pulled... Nice staff helps. Maybe next time you explain things slower and better than to just throw stuff at folks or let them catch it on their own. The car was very nice. Hopefully I won't ever need to return. Thanks for the assist.

Great place to rent a car .Always respectful and cars are always clean and reliable. Very busy at times but they get the job done. 2/17/26 update Dickson Enterprise is top notch. Well run and thats what keeps your employees happy good boss good workers . They guide you through whatever questions you may have. And good fast service. If you find something later you may not like about your rental . They will go the extra mile to solve your problem. All the cars are clean and in great condition
They need to use this store as an example to the others .On what team work is about. Great business.
