I’m giving a 5 star simply due to Jaden and Josh - Jaden helped at pick up and was super kind, professional and upbeat - Josh helped at drop off and matched all of Jaden’s great characteristics!

I would like to note the unprofessionalism of Jolie at this location - if it were her I interacted with as much as the other gentleman I would be giving this location 1 star. She was talking negatively about other team members to ME - a consumer… a little training on professionalism would go a long way.

Great service. Prompt, comprehensive and clear. Had to keep the car for longer than expected, made it quick and easy. No high pressure sales tactics. Just great service. Shout out to Josh and the rest of the crew for giving me a complimentary ride home when they found out I'd otherwise be walking.

I rented a minivan for 10 days, and the experience was great! The car was excellent, and the staff was amazing. Josh made me feel like I was part of the family. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so kind at this location! I had to get a rental for the first time and was very nervous. Josh picked me up from my apartment and was so personable and nice. When I dropped off, the guys were celebrating my first rental experience and Grant made the check out smooth and easy. Collin even dropped me back at Gerber to pick up my car. Customer service was top notch!

Rented a car from this location, was a 1-week rental. Was supposed to be around $1,300, they charged me $1,600 up front, saying $300 was for incidentals and would be returned. I returned the car a day early, and ended up getting charged over $1,900. They lied and did not return any money and would not provide me with a receipt either. Be careful of this location, they also do not check the cars before they rent them out. I found an open beer bottle in the back seat of my rental upon picking up the car. Really shady people working here who do not have your best interest in mind. I almost feel like they did it on purpose, crooked people at this location. Do your research, and choose elsewhere.
