I had the pleasure of working with Ramsin and office manager Maria. They made sure all my questions were answered. They secured my new home, and they care for my safety. Everything went smooth from the start to the end. Im very pleased with this branch and their customer service. Technician Joe did a wonderful job, clean and neat. Thank you.

Unexpected health challenges forced the sale of our house. We were still subject to monthly payments to ADT for the term of our contract. Maria Arami, Modesto’s ADT Office Manager, understood the circumstances and with her steadfast assistance we eventually received a partial refund. We trust and highly recommend her ADT dealership services in Modesto!

I had an outstanding experience with this ADT dealer. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Ramsin Moradian took the time to explain all of my options, answered every question I had, and made sure I received the security system that best fit my needs.
The installation was completed professionally, everything was set up perfectly, and the team made sure I understood how to use the system before they left. Their customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Ramsin Moradian to anyone looking for a reliable security company. If you're considering a security system for your home or business, you won't be disappointed.
Thank you for the excellent service!

Shout out to Jose who is both down to earth and good at his job. He knocked on our door right as we were browsing options for added security and made the sign up process super chill.

Joseph came to install everything and went above and beyond his job, giving us several tutorials/pointers and walking us through the app. Install process was extremely pleasant.

Their prices are more reasonable than we expected, which is a huge plus!

Mr Ramsim is very amazing and nice person I felt very comfortable during this process of moving my service from one house to another house. Mr Joe the technician was very informative and cooperative and explained everything nicely. They are both very professional and helpful.
