I was very very disappointed when bin arrived and was all rusted and red water rolled out after tipping it to drop off. Nothing like the ad that advertised bin would be clean. Price was good and driver friendly. This is why I only give 2 stars.

We ordered a 9 cubic foot bin. Brenda was very helpful and nice. The bin was delivered in 3 days of ordering. It was placed and supported perfectly. We were grateful for the barn doors at the end for loading brush. We are completing a backyard reno and had a lot of hedge trimmings and stone. There was more than enough room. The week was perfect for timing despite the rain.

We would recommend this company for bin use and removal. The cost was within market price. The ease of business made this a return vendor for future projects.

The driver Larry was great! But what can really go wrong when dumping a bin… The woman who answers the phone for this company really needs a lesson on customer service. She has absolutely no interest in working for the company and obviously hates her job. She always sounds like she just got out of bed and you’re disturbing her sleep. This woman is your front line for your company, I would highly recommend someone who has a valued effort in there job.

Giving a 3 star review simply because the bin was delivered at a reasonable time last minute.
Lost 2 stars because the woman on the phone sounds like she would rather be anywhere except on the other side of the line. Snotty and does not let you finish talking before interrupting you asking about information you were about to give.
A family member called to inquire about having a second bin dropped off, no information was given to the family member about costs for a second bin drop off. Unfortunately I was not aware that this was happening, and my credit card was charged without my consent. Ended up getting a call from them to inform me of the new bin drop off and again was greeted with a rude response when me I questioned why my card was charged when I did not authorize it.
