I took my dog for express grooming with Hailey today. He looks amazing. His hair gets matted easily and it’s hard to keep up with. No judgement just smiles from his groomer. This is my second time with Hailey. I will be taking my boy back more regularly not just because of how great she is but also because of how kind and thoughtful she is. ❤️I would highly recommend Petsmart for grooming.

I am a regular customer at this location. Today i asked for 31 small crickets, the worker individually counted my crickets and gave me 20… Im paying $6 for crickets… and I get under the amount im paying for… id like to say the only worker who gives proper amounts is kat.. she is great.. :)

Unfortunately unproperly trained staff are left to do the grooming......our dog was sent home wet and his nails could not be done.....the young lady was very polite and offered apologies and said she was new and did not have much experience and that the dog was to strong for her and unwilling to cooperate with the clipping or drying......(the dog has had both done at least 5 times previously in the Georgetown Petsmart with no problems.....they still charged me $85 dollars and said that they could book me another appt and can bring him back tomorrow for his nail clip when a more experienced manager was there to help her ?....the dog is a good natured 70lb yellow lab and yes...does not like nail clipping.....again I dont blame the young lady..she was very nice and professional about explaining it....but management clearly needs to train staff properly before leaving them to do the basic grooming tasks by themselves......lesson learned and will go to one of the other groomer services in Georgetown

My dog Luna has been groomed once a month for almost 3 years. She is groomed by Sarah S. Luna loves Sarah and actually howls and pulls to get to her. Sarah does an amazing job and Luna always smells wonderful.
I feel she loves her job and it shows in her detail to making Luna happy and beautiful. I would never take Luna anywhere else ☺️

Store is nice and staff is great, but I wish “they” (petsmart corporate) would end stocking beta fish and other live animals (didn’t look around so not sure what others they might have). But I walked by the beta fish display and it’s absolutely heart-wrenching to see these beautiful creatures relegated to a life in a small cup.

I was disappointed with the grooming service at PetSmart. Unfortunately, the haircut my dog received was very uneven, with noticeable differences in length throughout the coat. Overall, the final result did not look well done and did not meet my expectations for a professional grooming service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I expected much better care and attention to detail. At this time, I would hesitate to return for grooming services.

Visited on Friday, July 21 around 3pm. Cashier was very kind and welcoming. I never experienced this amazing customer service before. I hope he gets promoted. But need to mention to Management on how to calculate deals. For example, I had to decide to buy the biggest package of pine bedding and hay for my guine pigs even if the other size was on sale because when I calculated the cost of the bedding per liter and the hay per ounces, still at a lower price the biggest package even if the final cost was regular. I believe that when deciding on marking some products on sale of the same brand, it would be nice to have all of them on sale and not only few of them. Thank you!
