Not a welcoming environment. Receptionist was extremely judgmental and did not explain a spray tan at all. Will be my first and last time ever getting a spray tan.

The beds are fantastic! They provide very even tanning and are comfortable.

Tanning rooms and beds are always in extraordinary condition. Everything in the rooms is kept clean and sanitized, it's great!

Staff members are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly at the south location.

I rated 4 stars only because I feel it's pricey, the quality IS good but not for the price tag. Additionally, there are many "hidden fees" and annual fees, and well ...lots of fees and it was very difficult to cancel and cost money to do so. I recommend purchasing their deals only and NOT a membership. The membership is so overpriced, even when on sale, and the fees are not upfront and transparent along with the degree of difficulty to cancel, it's not worth it.

I'm new to the whole tanning thing. Management helped me pick what was best for me and was very knowledgeable about the process. Everything was clean and sanitized and I felt comfortable the whole time.

Haley, Lauren, and Brooke are absolute rock stars. The customers service is top notch. I always feel welcome and informed. They are timely, professional and friendly. I love my tanning salon!
