I’ve been tanning at the Fountain City location for a couple of years now and the staff here is amazing! They are all so friendly and well informed about the products and services. I’ve recently had a few different conversations with Hayden about some of the different products they offer. She was able to recommend several that would fit my needs but was not pushy about trying to sell me everything in stock. We all know products that are worth it are pricey, and most of us can’t buy it all at once! She keeps me well informed of all the sales and current deals so I can opt in when I can. I really appreciate the way she always makes sure to take care of the customers and not just try to sell to us!!

I’ve walked into places before where you feel like just another customer, but Lilly made me feel genuinely welcome. She had a great attitude, was smiling the whole time, and made the conversation feel natural. She gave me a couple of recommendations based on what I wanted without making me feel like I had to buy anything. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Five stars!

I almost booked at a different location, but I’m really glad I came here instead. Lilly was so easy to talk to and had such good energy. She made everything feel really laid back and answered my questions without making me feel like I should already know the answers. The whole place felt welcoming because of her. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had lately.
