We walked in and could instantly smell smoke because the center of the grill was so thick with grease that it was smoking. Underneath the counters where plates are kept was filthy. The drip tray where they lay down the spatulas had all kinds of sauces and food. It was absolutely disgusting. 2 out of the 3 cooks looked very unhappy and had terrible customer service. The only part of the food that was fully cooked was the meat. One of the pasta options was overcooked and mushy while the other was undercooked and dry. When we sat down to eat we found chunks of hard black crispy pieces from the grill as well as cilantro (which we did not put on our food) and other foods from other plates. After all of that our server only checked in on us once so we had to check ourselves out at the front without getting a box for the crab ragoons.

Maybe I'm being bias and comparing a store from where I am from. Their selections were very limited in Cedar Falls. Asked for egg, they dont have it there. Had to ask for our drinks and rice. About half way thru the meal, we had to ask for refills. There was a toddler with us, party of 7, Asked if they would do the hu hot flames, they said they dont do it there. Just not a pleasant experience. 😕

Benjamin is THE BEST. Every time here is phenomenal. He’s charismatic, friendly, and always on top of the refills. Ethan is runner up for #1 in my Hu hot heart. Plus management is super courteous.

Atmosphere is always light and everything stays clean.

Not to mention their Rangoons are the best in the area. Good enough that I come here just for them sometimes.

My first visit was on a Monday. I experienced nothing but the best service at this place. It almost felt like a dream the service was so wonderful. I will always go back on a Monday. If you never been please check them out, if its been a while since you been go back, if you ever had a bad experience go back try your luck you
owe it to yourself to try again... My only issue would be no raspberry tea, its almost like he knew I was a raspberry tea person and they no longer carry it, normally my rating would of start going down from there but no, because he prepared me for it lol 5 start for the workers and 5 stars for all the people who came and went I was there for a while enjoying the food and the atmosphere so comfortable and very clean.
