Our class offerings include SoulStarter (a class for true beginners), SoulFlow (all-levels flow), SoulPower (challenging and sweaty), SoulSweat (hot set sequence), SoulRestore (restorative and yin yoga), RockYourSoul (energetic and fun), and SoulSlow (slow-moving and meditative). Each teacher is exquisitely trained to help you explore your edges with kindness, teach modifications for each pose and to accommodate injuries and specific needs.
