Disappointed in his communication skills. Says he will call you back the next day. No call back. Makes the process of signing up for Medicare difficult. Has someone else contact you days later who doesn’t call you back. They claimed they had computer problems. What does that have to do with their phone service. David also was not familiar with the plan I chose and it’s benefits. Red flag. Too confusing for me dealing with someone who has so many good reviews and dragging out the process. I was able to call someone else and it was done in 30 minutes.
