As an employee of this company, they will tell you that you are part of a family unit and that they care about every person that works for them. They may even tell you that they care about you as a person. But as I have learned in working for this company at a store level for many years is that your job is never safe. They could really careless about they're employees and at a drop of a hat with no real reason they will just squeeze you out. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for in my many years in retail. So just a warning to anyone who thinks they might enjoy working at Quilts Etc., it might start out great but as time goes on they will push you to your breaking point and use you until you are no good to them.

That's so unfortunate that they treat their employees like this but frankly, I'm not surprised! Our location here in Thunder Bay, has one of the worst employees ever!! She's extremely moody & b*tchy, could care less about customers, blares her nauseating country music @ decibels unfit for human ears....I could go on & on!! I know for a fact that she was evaluated by a 'secret shopper' who didn't give her a good evaluation for exactly these reasons & she's still working there! REally sorry to hear you were treated so badly. Hopefully, you can find a much kinder, more caring & honest employer very quickly! Best wishes to you :)
