We purchased our HotSprings tub from Rocky Mountain House 5 years ago and have really enjoyed it ever since.
Recently we had a recirculation pump fail and were really concerned with winter upon us and cold weather is coming. We called RMS and Alex had a service expert scheduled for next day service. The next Craig showed up at exactly the scheduled time. Knowledgeable, polite and thorough, Craig managed to turn around a possibly bad experience into a terrific day. Thanks Craig !
Sometimes we think, the spa was a great choice but are concerned about service and living long term with the spa. Knowing Craig, Alex and Rockly Mountain Spas have our backs when it comes to service really make us confidently say we made the right choice. Andy – you’ve got a great bunch of guys running the business.

I have had a hot spring spa for over 20 years. What a wonderful hot tub...perfect for our Calgary climate. I can not believe how good it looks after so long! The moto-massage jet feels so good...the reason I bought the hot spring spa and I am so glad I did! The people at Rocky Mountain are so helpful and true pleasure to work with. You can trust them!
