I have been a customer of Golden Gate Organics for about 3 years now. Prior to GGO, I was a subscriber to a well known local grocery and produce delivery service. I left them for GGO because when I had problems with this other, unnamed local service's delays their customer service representatives were sullen, sarcastic, and rude. Golden Gate Organics customer service is fantastic -- very personable and responsive-- in the rare occasion of a delay or question I always get a prompt and responsive communication from a real human being. The quality of the produce is stellar and the prices are quite reasonable for quantity and quality that you get in return. I love that you can pause a delivery as needed and that you aren't required to sign some burdensome contract that penalizes you if you skip deliveries. Golden Gate Organics gets my highest recommendation for quality, affordability, and customer service.

We have been receiving weekly boxes for the last few months and the whole family LOVES them. The quality is very high and the price reasonable. And the process of substituting options is super easy.

We have been getting farm boxes from Golden gate organics for 3 years now. The quality and customer service is excellent. We couldn't be happier! We use their produce as the sole source of fruits and vegetables for our family of 4 and we love the variety and changes with the seasons. Prices are very reasonable if you compare with similar caliber products. They are also very reliable, we've had hardly any mistakes or changes to our order in all this time.

I have had other organic delivery services, but Golden Gate Organics has the best owner, the freshest produce and custom boxes. They have been completely swamped by an onslaught of new customers, but Corey still called me personally to discuss an issue. He was kind, pleasant and professional even though I am sure that he is working night and day. It is so rare that you hear from the owner of a company. However, I did choose Golden Gate Organics specifically because of what I read in his profile. He has not disappointed me.

We love our small family fruits and veggies box from GGO. The produce is great quality, and the quantity is perfect for two vegetarian adults and a fruit-loving toddler. The customer service has been speedy and friendly, and it is really easy to add to or substitute your order through their website. Even in the middle of winter, they still provide a range of interesting veggies and fruits. They also don't use any unnecessary packaging and recycle the boxes that the food comes in. Best of all, they deliver to our doorstep in Richmond, CA.
