Dr. Halloran has been part of the Elkhart General Hospital Medical Staff since 1996. He is board-certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery. He is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, the American College of Cardiology, the American Association of Thoracic Surgery, the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Medical Association.
