I'd made two appointments with Burnaby Brewing, on a Friday at 6pm and a Tuesday at 6pm to brew their all-grain beers.
On the Friday, I showed up at 6pm, and they had no record of either appointment, and also told me that you can't brew an all-grain beer at 6pm - you need to come in at 1pm.
This is a poorly run business - their employees don't seem to know how their products, they don't take customer appointments, they don't respond to email, and their website is woefully out of date.
Maybe their beers are awesome. I'll never know.

Not sure if the person realized. Their website has content related to 2005 (as in it hasn't been updated since), they don't answer their email. The problem with the phone is that you don't know who you are talking to. I should have gotten a name. Unfortunately, they are the only game in town for this sort of thing. I think I will write them a letter - having a letter physically in hand usually gets a better response, so long as it's polite and not overstated.

I bet that the person who accepted the appointments realized that they made a mistake and thought.. oh well, I'll pretend it never happened :) my goodness such bad customer service. You should have asked for the owner. what is their web address?
