CYCLE PATH had been recommended to me by a friend due to
their excellent service among other things...
I took my DeKerf in today just to get their advice
regarding my handlebars which I wasn't happy with. - I
consider myself lucky that I got Callum to wait on me.
He gave me a couple of suggestions, answered questions &
was also very friendly. He showed me some options for
hand grips when I mentioned I had arthritis in my thumb.
Despite no appt. ahead of time he said my bike could be
ready in about 15 mins. - WOW! -
When I was getting my bike unto my bike rack he happened
to come out of the shop & he immediately asked if I
needed help & finished putting my bike on the rack.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Thanks....
I will certainly be referring my friends to your shop.

As a regular rider it is very important that my bike is in good enough shape and reliable to take me where I want to go when I want. I come here to get my bike tuned up as it needs it like after a spill or other fun adventure. Recently I had to get a new wheel because mine lost a face off with a guard rail. The Cyclepath had what I needed and mounted it for me to make sure I could roll on in style. Perfect!

I am sure there must be more to the story of the broken saddle. I have been to The Cyclepath several times for both new purchases and service to my stuff and they are absolutely excellent. Not only friendly and attentive guys but extremely knowledgable as well. This includes a warranty issue for a Trek bike at one time as well. Very big fan of the shop and its service.

I have used this shop and they have been great. I needed my bike repaired and got good advice. The bike needed adjustment after the repairs and again i got great advice and good service. Never had a problem and will use this shop again. The staff are friendly and know their stuff.

I purchased a bike at Cyclepath South in Calgary. I rode it for a week and noticed the seat was coming apart at the seams. I took it back to cyclepath and they claimed it was my fault and would not replace it. I contacted TREK and explained the issue to them. Trek told me to take the seat to RIDLEY's cylce in Calgary. The individual at Ridley's took one look at the seat and replaced it with a new one. The customer service at cyclepath was not very good. I now use Ridley's Cycle exclusively and have never had a problem.
