Sales staff try to push over-priced gear on you. I attempted to buy a tube for my 29er, 11$. I was shocked and proceeded to tell them that I could get the same tube downtown for 5. He claimed it was probably mis-sized and poor quality. I picked up a brandname tube, correctly sized the next day for 5$. Same deal with brake pads, their price- 39$, other shop 24$. same pads

Good selection of mid-range bikes & accessories. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure salesmanship, but helpful advice making it easy for novice cyclists to get the best fit between equipment and cycling expectations.
