Tried to get my shifter fixed. They put a totally incorrect shifter on my bike, had to take it back, as I had 3-4 gears out of 8. Guy tells me it's the stupid internal hub. This is a bike shop? Turns out they put the wrong shifter on, probably one they had lying around. Had to order a new one - the same one that was on the bike before (duh). No phone call to tell me it's ready. Over a week passes. Go in to get it, the guy tells me I'm probably in the wrong shop. No kidding - definitely the wrong shop. Cyclists of Winnipeg, look elsewhere...

I recently purchased two bikes at this store and found the owner to be very helpful and informative. It was a great experience and both my wife and I are really enjoying our bikes!
