Employees there need to learn basics in customer service like greeting a customer when they walk in! The store manager, whatever his name is, probably Jack, he needs to loosen up a little... Baileys in the coffee is in order... He also seem to have some attitude problem... There are plenty of options around town for bikes and I am going elsewhere but not to the bikezone... total turn off really and I don't think prices and expertise are that good either...
