everytime i order from pinacal it either takes 2-3 months for the part to come in or it doesnt come in. this has happend to many people i know...the service isnt very good. my friend bought a brand new wheel set for $350 and told him he would have to pay to get his wheels trued, first time should be and is free at any bike shop
