Never had any bad experiences at this store. When I was a child, my father sold hardware for Orgill Brothers and I often went with him on his sale calls. Y’all run the hometown hardware store like the ones I remember. Knowledgeable people who are happy (and able) to help !

Founded what i needed but don’t expect help they act like you’re invisible. They are too busy talking to each other behind the register to provide a decent experience. I felt like I wasn’t wanted there so I won’t be back.

Mitch was a great help in getting me the plumbing materials I needed to fix and outdoor hydrant. Brittany and Emery were also very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure you get what you need. This is definitely a great place for any DIYer.

Thank you Mitchell for your excellent customer service. Your kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made my whole day. I wish there were more people like you in the customer service Industry.
All the Key's worked great. Emmery was also very helpful and kind when I approached her. Everyone in the store were nice and helpful.
It's a family owned place and it is worth it to visit.
10/10 Keep Up the Great Work! :)
