I had gone into trutone on a whim(I drive by it after work each day) I was really suprised. I wasn't really looking for anything then, but they really impressed me. I decided to go in there and look around when I was thinking about upgrading my stereo system. These guys know their stuff. I was able to listen to different setups and the sales guy gave me some great advice about what I needed for my place.

I picked my equipment and booked a basic setup. (Denon receiver and Paradigm speakers) They did't arrive at the prescribed time, so I called in to the store. They said they had come, and no one was home. I was irritated because I had been waiting there half the day. They were able to sort everything out and send the delivery right back. They were there in 15 min. Set up everything in about 30 min, and WOW! This system is awesome.
