They stopped the leak but the work was sloppy. They had to cut through the cement walkway and did it by eye leaving a crooked cut line along the side of the house. The membrane they installed was also crooked and sticks up above grade.

Glad to see you have no water in your basement. However, we noticed you did have concerns regarding concrete. How can we make things right? This is the first time we heard or read of any issues.
