My family hired Javier Rios for a Felony Violation of Probation and we were impressed with is work. He came to the jail and spoke with my son. He speaks Spanish so he also explained the case to my father who only speaks Spanish. He did not try to sugar coat the legal advice he gave to my brother. He knew the judge, the DA, the court probation officer and even know the bailiff. He walked into that court room with credibility and that helped the case a lot. In the end, my brother was treated very fairly and I credit Mr. Rios for that. I wish everybody had a Javier Rios on their side when they faced a criminal charge; then we would see some real justice in this town!
