I can't agree more with the comment below. The staff - with exceptions - are not good. Since they got the new manager, thing have gone south fast. Their best concession people quit. The new manager is rude and unprofessional, chewing staff out in front of customers and ignoring complaints. Not good...

First lets say it: the only reason I go to the Tillicum Bingo is because there is better prize money. That being said I have never won there.
The place is filthy. And that should be spelt in all capitals however I am trying not to offend the reader.
The staff is not efficient and spends too much time ignoring the floor. They do not respond to a bingo being called, and of late the callers just keep on calling. I am unable to think of one caller that is actually clear and loud enough to hear. The sound system is a joke. The food is better next door.

Easily the best hall in town. Cheaper, higher prizes, friendly staff. More games for less money - who doesn't want that? Food variety could still be improved, but nobodies perfect!

Great place! Very friendly & helpful staff. Good game variety. Maybe coudl use more menu items in the concesion. Better card cost than other places we've been. Don't get other revies, but they are a couple years old.

I'm a long time bingo player and old bingo employee- the floor staff are really good-friendly and helpful. The young man in the concession could defiantly use some more customer service friendly training. However my BIG compliant is the fact that one of the male callers constantly calls the numbers wrong-does not keep at the same speed in calling and often sounds like he is rolling a bunch of marbles in his mouth when he is speaking.I have been told that he does have a speech impediment which would make calling difficult- but if that is the case- then don't use him as a caller-instead use the lovely young lady that usually is selling cards- she is an amazing caller-very clear and evenly calls the numbers-slows down for games where people might have bought more cards.

No client focus only care about the money. Bingos get missed regularly because staff is to busy watching tv or talking to others. When a bingo is called they should give others chance to see if they have one. Look around. Handicap people need time and new players. In a rush to watch gAme on tv instead. Really need to put time in refocusing bingo so it's the clients that are happy also. No wonder esquimalt is a better hall. They care

They are so busy watching the hockey game they miss bingos. We don't come here to watch the hockey games we are here to play bingo. They call the wrong numbers. Let's turn the tv off so maybe they can see and hear bingos

I agree with the previous comment, he does have a horrible attitude and should seek a job with another employer, however, the other workers there are very pleasant and I always enjoy my evening at the tillicum bingo. :)
