I’m very disappointed in this place. I have been going to a pet parlor for a long time. They have always done an amazing job. On 7/18/26 I took my little dog Parker for a groom. Parker was ready in good time, when I picked him up. One of the regular groomers were there. He told me that there was no charge for the haircut. He then told me that because of a hair mat. Parker was cut. I said ok. When he brought me my dog and showed me the cut. It was a lot bigger than expected. It was almost 2 inch in length and was really deep. The groomer put the blame on me because of the mat behind the ear. There was no apology and the groomer was a jerk. They did pay for the ER visit. Parker needed 4 stitches. Later I learned that the owner was mad about the price of the ER visit. Not only have they lost my trust and business. I will never recommend A pet parlor.

We have moved 50 miles from where our favorite groomer was located. We have been here a year now and finally found a place we love for our fur family!!!!
Thank you

Pet Parlor is my preferred grooming spot for my mini goldendoodle. I used to take him to an alternative spot, but they charged nearly double for the same service. I feel like they really take care to know what you are expecting out of the groom. He always comes back looking fresh and smelling clean. My favorite is when they give his tail a little lion puff at the end! Attached a before and after photo of his groom.

Very disappointed. My dog is in my wedding next week. I took him here for a full groom. I told them how important this groom was. I dropped him off and was told about 3 hours. When we called after 3 hours to check when he would be ready, they let me know they were just starting. When we picked him up this is what his hair looks like. Not only that but he had not been washed, just cut,and they charged the full price. I have called several times and left messages and no response. Not only does this leave me having to fix this a week before my wedding but it also will take months before my dog's hair grows out to a normal length. If you have a dog with long hair, I recommend avoiding this location.

I will never go anywhere else they are so good to my babies every time. Their new online program that sends me text messages and updates on how my dog is doing is fantastic. Not to mention that my Abby doesn't hate it here. They treat all the animals with such care and respect and look out for their interest. I know it's a little off the beaten path but if you were looking for someone who is going to truly care for your animal like you do when you get it groomed this is the place to go.
