I was not happy with their customer service at all. 
We waited two weeks to get the boat which was fine. But when we got there for the test drive they told us it wasn't ready, it needed a part. They forgot to call us. We were disappointed, but thought people make mistakes. We asked that the boat be cleaned before picking it up and they assured us it would be. We then went back 5 days later, they already had the boat at the lake. They didn't even tell us they were going to meet us there until 5 minutes before. So we were almost at the store. I let them know I wasn't to happy. I also let them know I was a little leery about the whole deal now. Anyway the up side was the boat turned out to be great. The down side was the boat didn't get cleaned at all, and the customer service sucks. They should of apologized for the inconvenie and threw in something to smooth it over. Or just make sure the boat was really clean like we asked. Sorry not impressed at all.
