Took my bike in to have new tires installed. Their mechanic scratched the hell out of my rims. The owner denied his mechanic did this, then reluctantly admitted to it. The bike is brand new and was still on factory tires. He did apologize, however a mechanic can't be treating brand new bikes like this!
