very poor customer service. they keep promising my atv will be serviced...every time I call, it will be ready the following week...it has been over a month...only brought it in for simple servicing....when I drove by, it was parked in a snow bank outside, having not been touched. stay away from these guys

Worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Ask around the sudbury area, unfortunatly that's about all they are known for.
