I can't believe a company like this manages to stay afloat. No respect for anyone's time. Maintenance requests often go unanswered, but when they are addressed they're done with the bare minimum effort and quality. No one has pride in their work these days, or the products they're handling (rental properties). A lot of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake and written with an AI prompt.

Avoid renting a property from these guys, or allowing them to handle a property you're renting out.

I just want to take time to let you know if you are thinking about moving into one of their properties, THINK AGAIN. Lots of mixed reviews but I can tell you that if you are trying to get ahold of anyone within a day or two, GOOD LUCK. Zaira is insanely unprofessional and rude. Copped an attitude and started sighing and speaking over me when I was explaining miscommunication of what she was saying vs another employee. Not to mention I reached out two days in advance and she decides to call back at 7pm on a Friday. I am so thankful to be moving out and not ever having to deal with these people again. No one is on the same page and YOU have to reach out multiple times for ANYONE to get ahold of you, and even then, its a vague text. You could literally call them and right after they’ll text instead of just picking up the phone. Please choose wisely if you are moving into any one of their properties.

Everything is perfect until you settle into the house, until you rent it; they take very good care of you, but after you move in...No one is coming to repair it. They don't care about you or give you your deposit back. They don't even answer the phones anymore; you can't reach anyone. If you want to be scammed, this is a great management system.

Zaira has been a saver. We had some issues with our rent payment, and she give us time and work on a payment plan with us so my family and I can stay in the unit. She is always answering with a smile, and she is so patient. We love Key Renter.
