I am very unsatisfied with service I received at Moscone Tile. During the discount month we were shopping for back splash tiles. The sales representative assured us, that we can buy what we like for now, using 40% discount and later, if we change our mind or find something better, we can return the product, as long as we have the box unopened. We have asked her twice and twice she assured us, that it wouldn't be a problem, if we return the tiles back. She saw our tile choice well and even, gave us a sample.
So we got the tiles and a couple of weeks later we found another tile that we liked better, in the same store. We came back, absolutely sure, that the exchange can be done, only to learn, that our purchased tiles are "natural stone" and as per policy can not be returned. We were shocked, how come the same woman, that assured us, that it would be no problem returning, now is absolutely refusing accept our return. And on receipt it states that natural stones are not returnable, which is not that visible and obvious to us, that this tile is "natural stone" and turns out we really can't return it anymore. So we felt tricked and deliberately misinformed. It is very dishonest way of doing sale, if I can't trust the words of the person that assures me, what kind of business is it?

I walk into Moscone and I they greet me with a hello. I browse around for 5 minutes and I am offered a cupcake and a espresso! I can not believe how good Moscone treats its customers. They dont judge a book by its cover and take care of everyone the same. Best renovating experience yet!

I recently renovated two bathrooms, requiring a significant order of tiles and marble. From the selection process to taking delivery, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with the very competent sales and administrative staff at Moscone. Yes, there were a few minor hitches, however, the staff were pro-active in solving these issues and at the end of the day, I was very happy we chose to engage Moscone. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality product, a great selection and a knowledgeable sales staff.

We recently purchased our granite countertop from Moscone tile, and overall it was a positive experience. We had the misfortune of dealing with a certain salesperson, who at the beginning was very helpful, however after leaving him countless messages, to respond to our request for a quote, we had no choice but to go back into the store, and seek another salesperson. After doing so, to our utter shock, the original salesperson left a message, telling us, "we cannot do business with you". Our only thought is, he dropped the ball with this particular sale, and to avoid further embarrassment, figured this was the easiest way to be rid of it. It was completely ridiculous, and unprofessional to say the least. After speaking with the Sales Manager, she assured us that his behaviour was unacceptable, and then took over from there. She was excellent, and we subsequently purchased our kitchen sink, and backsplash tiles. She handled the situation well, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. It's a shame some sales personnel can really tarnish the reputation of a business, due to their incompetence.

Moscone Tile offered competitive pricing and great workmanship and kept their installation schedule as promised. Both the salesman and installers have the expertise to complete the job that’s worth the value for both product and service. They have my future business!

We renovated our kitchen and needed a stone countertop for our cabinets. We went showroom to showroom we found lots of granite that we liked - but only at Moscone you can choose your granite and they will cut, polish, manufacture and install it.
The selection was superb and the sale people were wonderful.

I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for quality and service. When I walked into their showroom on 8830 Jane St. in Vaughan, I was greeted by a sales person that actually wanted to help and actually was knowledgable in tile and marble.
The selection of tile and marble was extensive and the pricing excellent! My tile installer was impressed by the quality of the material. My floor was simply beautiful!!
Later I went back to get my granite countertop. They have a huge selection of colors and types. Again, I met with a knowledgable sales person that had a background in interior design. She explained in detail the characteristics of all the different types of stone and even the engineered stone.
They did what they promised - the countertop took a month to get. But they had told me this in the beginning - so a least they were up front and honoured the timeline.
The countertop in the end was gorgeous - my kitchen should be in a magazine!! I have only MOSCONE to thank!
