I was disappointed with my experience. The office performed a CT scan without informing me beforehand that it was not covered by my insurance or discussing the out-of-pocket cost. I only learned about the charge afterward. Better communication and cost transparency are essential so patients can make informed decisions before receiving treatment.

I have had two experiences when I had to call the practice and the receptionist was rude. The first time was a couple of years ago which lead me to leave the practice. My husband and kids still go there and I had to call them today to confirm a referral was sent to the correct oral surgeon. As soon as I started asking about the referral, Shae spoke to me rudely and displayed an attitude. I am sure the practice is fine overall, but when the first people you deal with are rude and dismissive, it is hard to want to spend my money there.

I was referred to All American Dental through the VA for a full mouth extraction, and my experience has been excellent.

When I had a post-op concern with a bone fragment, they got me in quickly and resolved it in minutes. The doctor also took the time to evaluate everything and is proactively working on follow-up care to improve the fit and comfort of my dentures.

The team is professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. As a Veteran, I especially appreciated the Veteran-friendly atmosphere and how smoothly they handled VA-coordinated care.

Highly recommend.

All American makes going to the dentist as pleasant as it can possibly be. I appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff. The facility is spotless, the equipment seems to be topnotch, and the entire place celebrates veterans, from the decor and to the stations named to honor our military.

Went here because of the reviews, they are scammers. Set an appointment up for a cleaning, they secretly changed it to getting x-rays which i already had but they did not even try to request it as if I'd never been to the dentist before and never got the cleaning. Only found out until afterwards when they wanted another type of x-ray. Don't go here the incompetence is through the roof.

Great experience! Went in for my first visit with the office yesterday and am completely blown away by the cleanliness of the office/rooms! The staff were phenomenal and very nice! Definitely recommend anybody to this office! 10 out of 10 stars! Will be returning for future care!

Previously all pleasure experience for couple year. Dentist and hygienist are great. But things changed this morning. Since got charged for teeth cleaning, I tried to ask one front desk about the bill. She was so impatient and unpolite. Even my wife felt the same way. That front desk may have some issues dealing with different people. Have to leave that place and look for a new dentist. Feel so sorry!
Follow up: The owner called me this morning before I saw their responses to my review. They asked me to delete my review. But after I saw their responses to my review. I felt they don't understand what was the issue. I felt so insulted by their responses to my review. It is unacceptable.
1. We never express we don't want pay the bill. Instead, I handed in my credit card (American express first, then Master, as they don't accept AE CC) immediately after told there is about $90 copay. I asked the bill as I just want know the reason (this is after I paid and took the receipt!). I should have the right to ask a simple question about my bill, even after my payment? 2. All these issues are about the same front desk person. My Asian friends had similar issue with that front desk and chose to switch to another dentist. 3. I made comments about my feeling, which should be counted as my review. Maybe I am too sensitive, which I usually not in this way. 4. Again, all the issues is not about money (I do not care about $90). It is about the way that front desk talking to me (she explained to me well about the bill, but in an uncomfortable way). 5. The dentist and tech specialist are very professional and polite (we appreciate their service in the past 2 years).

Having made an appointment, it was kept on-time as scheduled, was handled efficiently, staff were all knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, Dr. Jennifer Schilke was easy to talk to and explained everything in simple terms. Needed an emergency dental visit and they got me in quickly. Great front office staff and treatment staff, very kind and understanding. They clearly explained my various options, and made a temporary crown the same day. I'll go back in 10 days or so for the final crown. Very happy with the results!

I made the jump to All American from a different office here in Columbia because I was worried I wasn’t receiving the best care and felt the staff simply couldn’t care less. I could say the complete opposite about my visit with All American Dental. Every staff member I came into contact with was incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Schilke was efficient, knowledgeable, and eager to answer any questions I may have had. I look forward to my future appointments there and feel confident about my switch! As always, a person can depend on All American Dental. I was in extreme pain when I got back from a trip. I called All American and left a message before their opening hours as to the amount of pain I was in. They called me back within in five minutes, asked me a few questions and told me to head that way, I got there 2 minutes after opening and was in a chair in less than five minutes. The personnel and doctors there are phenomenal. I was out of there with tooth removed and on my way home in less than an hour. """THEY ARE THE GREATEST""""
