I live in Virginia and was searching for a local florist in Akron to deliver my mom flowers for Mothers day. I found Staircase florist. I spoke with Ms. Gwen and she assured me she could have mom's flowers delivered by Mothers day. What was most impressive about my conversation with Ms. Gwen during the ordering process is the ease of the conversation, she was very warm and caring and help me through the selection choice. She let me know immediately that she may need to substitute one group of flowers, but she would insure they were just as beautiful. She didn't let me down. My mother called me and she absolutely Love the flowers, she said that they were gorgeous.! Hearing the joy and pleasure in mom's voice places Ms. Gwen florist shop a "Staircase" above the rest!
Thank you Ms. Gwen!

I ordered 2 arrangements from an on-line source. For some reason they used two different florists. The arrangement from Staircase was so much more, just more, than the other. It is so beautiful. And the delivery person was very thoughtful. Thank you so much. I will use this florist again!!!
