Absolutely stellar service! We had some interior leaks and Chris's depth of knowledge was immediately apparent. He didn't just give a generic answer, he thoroughly explained every area of concern and walked us through the best solutions. It was easily one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future! Thanks so much for coming out the next day to look at the roof. You completely relieved our concerns and we really appreciate how quickly you responded!"

Had my roof done by JCW last year. This is stand up company and reminds me of my own. Straight forward talk and price and they made a recommendation to approve the trim appearance of my roof. JCW is an example for many other companies to follow where customers are seen as clients - all questions were answered firmly and in a straightforward manner. I went with JCW because their employees represent the company well. JCW came to the house on schedule, spelled out the timing and completed the roof as originally planned. Working with JCW shows me there is a great advantage to using local companies in Jacksonville with a demonstrated long, proud history.

Thanks to all who worked on my house from JCW.

I was referred to Jack C Wilson Roofing Company by a fellow co-worker who had a great experience. I called the number and the office receptionist Grace answered the call and took my information. The next day Grace advised me that Dustin Hitt would meet me at the property. Dustin inspected what need done and a few days later I meet with Paul Phillips project coordinator, materials arrived. In short from beginning to end of project the experience was fantastic. Never seen anything like this. I thought customer service was something from the past. My experience was well above my expectations. I would definitely refer and recommend Jack C Roofing Company for any roofing repairs.

Great company to work with and they definitely stand up to their name. We just had our roof replaced and they made the process very simple easy. They were in and out in one day with a perfect clean up afterwards. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dustin and Steven we're awesome throughout the whole process they definitely made it a great experience. Thank you Jack C. Wilson roofing team.

Jack C Wilson Roofing was amazing. Chris Voss (owner), Grace and Lynn in the office were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We loved the way they helped us with choosing the color that would best match our brick.
Paul and his crew were exceptional with the install, on time completion (2 days) and clean up was like they were never here.
If you are looking for a reliable roofing company look no more.
