Use to be a regular customer until I bought jewelry that was SUPPOSE to be 925 sterling silver.
I spent $200.00 for silver plated copper!
Customer service was nil. They won't do a thing. It has been silver tested by a jeweler!
Such treatment is ironic given the nature of the store....
