I had my closing today with Stephanie and she was beyond amazinggg!! This is my 4th house I’ve purchased and never ever have I enjoyed a closing and signing papers until TODAY!! I Love this title company! Very helpful and very knowledgeable, im the BUYER, and unfortunately, it has taken longer than anticipated to close and landmark title has helped me every step of the way redoing the paperwork moving the closing date. This is the third time having to move the closing date due to unexpected issues. Nothing to do with landmark title none of the issues are to do with landmark title. MARY IS WONDERFUL . I have nothing but great things to say about his company and the people working, i have been searching for a home for over 9 months now. And they have been with me every step of the way. I can imagine how frustrating it is to work with me!i have nearly closed on three different properties and BOOM. Something happens and we are not able to close! Thank you for your kindness and patience through this difficult process of buying our first home. I HIGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and its TEAM!!

I am the seller in this particular process and the buyer is out of state. This closing process has taken 7 days as of today and at this time, I have still not closed. I reached out to Landmark, they blamed they buyer’s down payment assistance program which has been alleviated prior to last week. Instead of admitting their mistakes, they blamed this delay on another company. I have purchased several properties in the past and no title agency has ever taken over a week to complete this process. For certain, if one party is out of state, DO NOT use this company.

Went to sign for our house refinance. Paperwork was explained/summarized by the agent as we went along the signing process. I made a couple of mistakes and she was quick to pull another copy so that I may sign them properly. Whole process took 15-20 minutes. Location can be a challenge to get out depending on the time of day.
