Terrible customer service. Asked them to help me with identifying a bearing in my pool pump that I brought in and set on the counter. Gentlemen running the counter said he doesn’t “dismantle” any parts, or “press in any bearings” (which I understand) but the backing on the pool pump literally had 3-sheet metal screws in it. I just did not have the tool to remove with me (3/8”) socket or even pliers would have worked. The bearing is right behind this plate with the 3-screws. Gentlemen said he didn’t have any tools there to remove. (The whole wall above him was full of tools). Seems to me the gentlemen did not want to do business. Bad customer service.
