I came in with the title of a book and no other clue for my daughter's x-mas present. Theres a lady called Stephanie who works there and she knows everything!!! She was a huge help!!! The selection isn't as huge as a chapters but they are very helpful. Although the assistant manager called Sue didn't know ,..... anything really. That's when Stephanie came in and was amazing. She even stood beside me and showed me how to order things from their computer, to be shipped at the store or my place. I had a great experience!
