We came here on Sunday night and were waiting to order through the walk up window outside. An employee came outside messed with the TV and went back in. There were 3 employees inside, no customers, and we made eye contact with all 3 girls working. Nobody ever came to take our order, even after one was outside with us. There was no sign saying we couldn’t order from there. We finally went inside after we saw people who arrived after us ordering. Not sure if you can’t order from the walk up window?? (Which defeats the purpose) But the fact that nobody came to talk to us, greet us, tell us to come inside to order was disappointing considering they all saw us standing there waiting… love this place and always leave a decent tip but last night was the first time I gladly clicked no tip after the lack of decency from the employees.

Service was absolutely TERRIBLE. It took over 20 minutes just to make my 2 jelatis. The girl who took my order passed it onto the other 2 employees there who proceeded to play around, talk, and laugh while ignoring my order then very slowly proceeded to finally finish my order after one jelati had already been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. By the time they were done, 4 different sets of customers that ordered AFTER me had already gotten their orders and left. And the kicker? When the young man FINALLY finished my last jelati, the flavor was wrong, so then I had to wait even LONGER. I stopped by thinking it was going to be a quick 10 minute stop and I could beat the rain home, instead, 30 minutes later waiting, it was thunder storming terribly by the time I left. I’m 6 months pregnant, just gotten off work about to go to my second job- I just wanted my Italian ice. Instead, I wasted 30 minutes of my time and got absolutely stormed on, so if you don’t have the patience or time to deal with incompetent workers who do not care, just wait until the Creekside location opens in May because this one was a HORRIBLE disappointment. It’s a shame because Jeremiah’s tastes great but I’ll never be back thanks to those 3.

The young girl at the counter had a store full of people waiting on her. She was amazing and gave the best customer service I have seen in a while. She kept her cool and continued to make amazing Jeremiahs ice-cream for us eventhough she was busy.

If you have not tried this place you are MISSING OUT!
They have the best ice cream/sorbet/etc.
visited location in Florida and had to find all Texas locations. The quality is as good on all the ones I have been to so far ❤️
Love it and would totally recommend!
Don’t have a pic of the ice creams but I have a pic of all of our smiles. We absolutely enjoyed it, reminded us of our time back home in PR ☺️

What a wonderful place to go for dessert! Brought the family here and it’s our new favorite. They have amazing selections and fun things to do with the kiddos. They have an over sized Jenga game, corn hole, and several other engaging activities. The best part is they’re free. Hands down a cute little spot. Stop in, enjoy some frozen desserts, play some games and you won’t be disappointed!
