Today we visited Gran Fiesta Mexicana hoping to enjoy a nice meal with our family, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.

Our server, Rocío, was unfriendly from the moment we arrived. She greeted us with a negative attitude, never smiled, and made us feel unwelcome throughout our visit. We weren’t expecting anything special—just basic courtesy and a pleasant customer service experience.

As constructive feedback, I believe the restaurant should be more careful when hiring and training its staff. Great food is important, but the way customers are treated is just as important. Families come to restaurants to relax, enjoy a meal together, and create good memories—not to leave feeling uncomfortable because of poor service.

I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve the customer experience for future guests.

Food is delicious. I recommend the enchiladas. Service was a bit slow even though there weren't many people. Very friendly staff though. My only complaint is the prices. But I guess that's America for you lol.

I really had a great time here. My friend from Mexico said it was good. Me and my friends was taken care of the whole time didn't have to wait at all. The food was so good we couldn't get enough of it but I can also say such a good portion that we couldn't finish it. It was truly amazing and can't wait to go back. I paid for 2 people. I would highly recommend this place.

first time here, there was barely any waiting for a table. i got the shrimp as my appetizer and it could have been more flavorful or seasoned a little more. i tried a new dish and it was very flavorful, i can’t remember the name i just know its a pork dish. it comes with beans, rice, and tortillas. i don’t know if i would be back but i recommend everyone to come in and give them a chance

This is probably the best Mexican food in all of Strongsville if not also the surrounding area. We go here all the time with friends and family and it never disappoints! The service is always excellent, the food is always hot and amazing. The fajitas are my go to but everything is absolutely delicious. The staff is always attentive and the manager will always come by and say hello even if they are slammed. You must try this place even if you don't live in the area! 10/10
